# How to Claim NeuCoins on Your Tata Neu HDFC Credit Card (Manual Claim from 25 November 2026)

If you have a **Tata Neu Plus** or **Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank credit card**, the way you get your NeuCoins is changing. From **25 November 2026**, they are **not credited automatically** any more: you have to **claim them in the Tata Neu app**. Miss the window and they expire. ## How to claim NeuCoins: step by step

1. **Wait for your card statement.** Your claimable amount is the **closing NeuCoin balance on your latest statement**.
2. **Give it up to 7 working days.** The balance becomes claimable within 7 working days of the statement date.
3. **Open the Tata Neu app** and log in with the **mobile number registered with HDFC Bank**. If your Tata Neu login uses a different number, update one of them first.
4. Go to the **NeuCard** section.
5. Tap **Claim NeuCoins** and confirm.
6. **Check your NeuCoin balance** after a few days. Credit can take up to 7 working days.

For the last automatic credits under the old system, HDFC's example: NeuCoins credited on 5 August 2026 are valid until 31 August 2027.

## Limits and fine print

- **Minimum 100 NeuCoins per claim.** HDFC Bank says this may be revised downwards.
- **Up to 3 successful claims a day.**
- **Promotional and welcome NeuCoins** follow their own offer terms.
- Statements generated **before 25 November 2026** follow the old automatic credit.

## Habits so you never lose NeuCoins

1. **Set a monthly reminder** for about 8 working days after your statement date.
2. **Claim every month**, even if it's just over 100. Small balances add up and the 12-month deadline is per statement.
3. **Check the mobile number** on your HDFC card and Tata Neu account match before 25 November.
4. **Spend NeuCoins before they expire.** Claimed coins are valid for 12 months; use them on regular Tata Neu purchases such as groceries or electronics.
