## Bidding window and cut-offs

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Bidding period | Thu 29 Oct to Thu 5 Nov 2026 (extended from 2 Nov) |
| Price band | INR 62-INR 66 (revised from INR 63-INR 67) |
| Individual bid | Exactly 2 lots = 4,000 shares |
| Amount blocked (individual) | INR 2,64,000 at the cap |
| NII bids | 3 lots (INR 3,96,000) or more |
| UPI limit | Up to INR 5 lakh; above that use ASBA |
| UPI mandate cut-off | 5:00 pm IST on 5 Nov (SEBI standard; not shown on BSE's page) |
| UPI sponsor bank | Axis Bank |

## Before you start: checklist

- A **demat account** linked to your **PAN**.
- **INR 2,64,000** available in the bank account linked to your UPI ID or ASBA.
- A UPI ID in your own name. Bids with a third-party UPI ID are rejected.
- Only one application per PAN in the individual category.

## Method 1: UPI through your broker app

1. Open the **IPO** section of your broker app and choose **Antala Industries Limited** (BSE SME).
2. Choose the **individual investor** category.
3. Enter **4,000 shares** (2 lots).
4. Tick **cut-off price** so the bid is valid at whatever final price is set.
5. Enter your **UPI ID** and submit.
6. Open your UPI app and **approve the mandate** to block INR 2,64,000. The bid does not count until you do.

## Method 2: ASBA through net banking

1. Log in to your bank's net banking and open **IPO / ASBA**.
2. Choose **Antala Industries Limited**, your category and the quantity (4,000 shares for individuals).
3. Choose the cut-off price or enter a bid price within INR 62-INR 66.
4. Submit. The bank blocks the amount directly; there is no UPI mandate.

NII bids above INR 5 lakh must go through ASBA. NIIs cannot bid at the cut-off price.

## Changing or cancelling a bid

- Individual investors can usually modify or cancel until bidding closes on 5 Nov.
- NII and QIB bidders cannot withdraw or lower their bids.
- If you bid before the band was revised, check that your bid shows the revised band in your app or bank.

## Common mistakes that get bids rejected

- Not approving the UPI mandate before the cut-off.
- Bidding 1 lot or 3 lots as an individual: SME individual bids are exactly 2 lots.
- PAN or name mismatch between the demat account and the bid.
- Using someone else's UPI ID.
- Not enough balance when the mandate is approved.

## After you apply

| Step | When (indicative) |
|---|---|
| Basis of allotment | ~Fri 6 Nov 2026 |
| Refunds / unblocking and demat credit | ~Mon 9 Nov 2026 |
| Listing on BSE SME | ~Wed 11 Nov 2026 (markets shut Tue 10 Nov) |
