## The case for

- Access to a mainboard environmental / wastewater-tech listing with a clear BSE price band (INR 313-INR 330) and lot (45).
- Fresh issue portion funds company objects disclosed for debt reduction and working capital (verify the Objects chapter).
- Standard QIB / NII / retail split; retail can use cut-off and UPI within SEBI limits.
- Anchor book already ran (26 Oct); live public subscription is visible on BSE/NSE during the book.

## The case against

- Most of the issue is OFS -- selling shareholders receive that portion of proceeds (~INR 518 cr vs ~INR 150 cr fresh).
- Sector and execution risks (customer concentration, technology, subsidiary litigation, suppliers, seasonality) are material; read the prospectus risk chapter.
- Oversubscription typically means a lottery for retail -- bidding more lots does not improve first-lot odds.
- We skip unofficial GMP as a decision input.

## Questions to answer before you bid

1. **Why am I applying: listing gains or a long-term holding?**
2. **Do I already own this business** (directly or via funds)?
3. **Can I afford to see it fall below the issue price?**
4. **Would I buy it on the open market at this price?**

## Signals while the book is open

- **Anchor allocation:** who bought, how much (BSE Exchange Notices).
- **Live subscription** by category.
- **GMP, with caution:** unofficial and unregulated.

## If you do apply

- Bid only money you will not need for at least the allotment period, and preferably far longer.
- Retail investors: decide on the number of lots early, not on the last evening.
