UIN (Unique Identification Number)
The IRDAI code that identifies one approved version of an insurance product.
Every insurance product approved by IRDAI carries a UIN, for example HDFHLIP25041V062425 for HDFC ERGO my: Optima Secure. When a product is revised the UIN changes, so the UIN on your schedule tells you which wording applies.
