No Claim Bonus (NCB)
A discount you earn for each claim-free year of car insurance.
NCB is a discount on your own-damage premium that rises with every claim-free year, up to a substantial percentage. It belongs to you, not the car, transfers between insurers, and resets on a claim unless you hold NCB protection.
