Aggregate Deductible
A yearly amount of claims you bear before the insurer starts paying.
An aggregate deductible adds up all admissible claims in a policy year; the insurer pays only beyond that total. It is the core of a super top-up, and some base plans, such as Niva Bupa Senior First, offer it instead of a co-pay.
